The In this work we develop a Graphical User Interface under Linux using Python's library Tkinter, which will allow manipulating climate data. It will have following functionalities - opens and reads files in following formats - GRIB, netCDF, SERVICE, EXTRA, and IEG, using PyCDO; converts files between all of the formats; allows variable selection and plotting, using matplotlib; processes different types of operations - arithmetically process datasets, ensemble, field, vertical and time statistic, regression (detrend of time series), field, vertical and time interpolation, spectral transformation, etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
