This thesis deals with the usage of WebGL for projecting, analyzing and working interactively with 3D graphics in a web browser. For the purpose of the thesis, a web application which will be used to monitor and analyze shapes of a head of patients with a positional cranial deformity was created. The application is based on the WebGL (Web Graphics Library) technology - a JavaScript API (application programming interface) utilized to render interactive 2D and 3D graphics directly in the environment of a web browser.
