Additionally, it influences the final cost estimation and overall expenses involved in product construction. The final product selection for customers is based on product cost and quality. An e-book manager compares product needs and stocks accordingly for office use. This paper presents the design and development of an electronic procurement system that leverages internet technology to manage procurement activities and maintain infrastructure with 100% security. This model is built on blockchain technology, which has been approved by various unions, including the USA, due to its decentralized structure. The system aims to enhance transparency, efficiency, and security in tender contract management through Python-based blockchain technology. The implementation of this proposed system is facilitated by Smart Tender Contract Management System (STCMS) addresses. Throughout the tender process, the system encompasses buyers, suppliers, and evaluators, automating various aspects of tender management, including bid submission, performance, and contract execution.
