Treffer: La estructura EPS como estrategia de aprendizaje del paradigma de programación funcional en Ingeniería de Sistemas.

The teaching and learning of programming in the context of systems engineering, given the great acceptance that this university training program has, becomes more and more a reason not only for research but also for permanent inquiry to find ways that facilitate said learning. The relevance of the concept of function both from the functional paradigm and from the imperative and object-oriented paradigm invites us to think about methodologies that facilitate and simplify said learning. An experimental test was carried out with two groups in parallel per semester so that one group is a research group, and the other is a reference group, between the first semester of 2020 and the second semester of 2021, inclusive. The results show a notable tendency to favor the learning of the concept of function when there is a structure that enables its understanding, design, and application. It is concluded that to the extent that learning strategies are investigated in relation to the concept of function, learning to program will be significantly simplified in both program development and conceptualization. La enseñanza y el aprendizaje de la programación en el contexto de la ingeniería de sistemas, dada la gran aceptación que tiene este programa de formación universitaria, se convierte cada vez más en un motivo no sólo de investigación sino de indagación permanente para encontrar caminos que faciliten dicho aprendizaje. La relevancia que tiene el concepto de función tanto desde el paradigma funcional como desde el imperativo y orientado a objetos invita a pensar en metodologías que faciliten y simplifiquen dicho aprendizaje. Se acudió a una prueba experimental con dos grupos en paralelo por semestre de forma que un grupo sea de investigación y el otro sea de referencia, entre el I semestre 2020 hasta el II semestre 2021, incluyéndolo. Los resultados evidencian una notoria tendencia a favorecer el aprendizaje del concepto de función cuando se cuenta con una estructura que posibilite su comprensión, diseño y aplicación. Se concluye que en la medida en que se investiguen estrategias de aprendizaje en relación con el concepto de función, aprender a programar se simplificará de manera significativa tanto en el desarrollo de programas como en la conceptualización.
