In this Digitization era, everybody wants to open their own company, especially it is the case in Information Technology(IT) Industry. Due to huge in the IT startup, Client(s) have lots of option because of this competitive IT market. Startup company take the project but not able to take decision in which programming language, they will start doing coding. So for that purpose, Comparison of programming language is common topic of discussion among Software Engineers. As of current scenario, between every 6-8 months multiple programming language is developed that has their own specialty. In this paper we represent comparative study of 3 programming languages(PHP, ASP.NET & JAVA) .
