The IT service provider Datev is improving its measurement technology in order to demonstrate the energy-efficient operation of its data centers. The company relies on Janitza's measurement technology, which has been in use since 2009 and still offers the same functions as newer models. Datev plans to replace existing devices and will use a total of around 700 devices. In addition, the company uses Janitza's network visualization software GridVis for energy management according to ISO 50001. Janitza's measurement technology supports Datev in complying with the new regulations for energy efficiency in data centers, especially the network analyzer UMG 604-PRO and the energy analyzers of the type UMG 103-CBM. The latest version of the GridVis software also offers regression analysis. [Extracted from the article]
