Treffer: 基于KANO模型的全咨业主需求优先级 整理研究.

Through literature research, interviews with industry insiders, data analysis and other methods, this paper deeply explored the 12 requirements of the whole consulting company. According to the questionnaire and KANO model, the owner's needs are classified and prioritized. The importance and priority of each demand is calculated by combining Be-Wo, γi-Ri and μi and other indicators. The results show that the cost consulting and project supervision needs have the highest priority and are the most indispensable, while the BIM consulting and bidding agent needs are of low importance but favored by owners.
