Treffer: Research on Key Points of Whole Process Engineering Consultation Project Implementation Led by the Design Institute.

The design institute takes the lead in carrying out the whole process engineering consulting project, which is conducive to fully leveraging its technical advantages and achieving deep integration of multiple disciplines and links such as design, cost, and project management. This article takes the whole process engineering consulting project of an education base led by the design institute as an example. Based on the analysis of the key points of the whole process management in the investment decision-making stage, design stage, bidding and procurement stage, and construction stage, proposes the key factors to ensure the successful implementation of the whole process engineering consulting led by the design institute from the perspectives of team building, encouraging the combination of technology and economy, efficient collaborative approbation application, and conducting whole process management training for designer.
