Treffer: Research on Strategies to Enhance the Management and Control Efficiency of the Owner in the Whole Process Engineering Consultation.

Aiming to enhance the effectiveness of the owner's overall consulting management and control, this paper provides suggestions on how the owner can achieve this goal based on an analysis of the current status of overall consulting management and control. These suggestions include scientifically analyzing project needs and target positioning, selecting a consulting business model that aligns with the project, optimizing the selection mechanism for overall consulting service enterprises, establishing a scientific and reasonable management evaluation system, and creating an efficient and smooth communication and coordination mechanism.
