This paper takes the public service platform project of Shenzhen Guanlan Culture Town as a case study to explore the practical application of an integrated management model combining whole-process engineering consulting with architect-led EPC contracting. By integrating the dominant advantages of EPC design leadership, the specialized services of whole-process engineering consulting, and the resource coordination capabilities of the EPC contracting model, this approach establishes a "architect-led + consulting-empowered + constructioncollaborative" integrated management framework. Significant results have been achieved in project schedule control, cost management, and quality assurance, effectively addressing issues of insufficient collaboration and risk management inherent in traditional project management approaches, hopes to provide valuable reference for large-scale complex construction projects.
