In order to realize the integrated management of the whole life cycle of the construction project, the information technology and the engineering consulting business are combined to improve the whole process engineering consulting service mode and realize the digital management. The whole process of engineering consulting scope and business content are divided, and the digital management requirements of engineering consulting application are expounded. The digital management system of engineering consulting business based on information technology is proposed, and the function and business process design are carried out to construct the integrated framework of engineering consulting digital management system based on the whole life cycle of construction project. Based on the case, this paper analyzes the digital management process of the digital management system for the consulting business, optimizes the resource allocation of the whole process engineering consulting service of the enterprise, enhances the analysis and processing ability of complex problems, improves the work efficiency, and improves the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
