Treffer: Characterization of the teaching of citizen skills in the city of Cali using data analytics.

Applying psychological instruments to a population allows obtaining data that, when processed through the use of analysis techniques, results in quantitative and qualitative information that determine the appropriate way to interact with said population. The analysis of behaviors based on citizen competencies can provide relevant information to help make proposals for action-oriented proposals and programs that serve as a starting point to guide the new generations. To achieve this purpose, an instrument was designed that contemplates each of the essential components of citizenship competencies, aimed at students in grade 11 of secondary education. The instrument designed includes adequate mechanisms for measuring this type of attitudes, such as the Likert scale, the semantic differential and the Guttman scale. As for the Likert scale, the responses and the direction of the statements (positive or negative) were quantified by means of weights. The designed instrument is established with scientific rigor, which consisted of a review by an expert scientist and validation using Cronbach's α. With regard to information processing, the google Collaboratory platform was used, this environment is worked through the Python programming language. With this, the most important data were obtained from the Statistical analysis. In the psychological characterization of the students, results were obtained such as: Students are democratic and always seek equal conditions to resolve everyday situations. In general, they reject events where discrimination against an individual is evidenced. Likewise, they have the ability to form working groups, but find it difficult to integrate new opinions expressed by others. Likewise, they show the facility to establish empathy and solve problems, they are honest and committed when fulfilling responsibilities, they have a positive attitude to grasp and assume norms. They have difficulty expressing their feelings verbally. In conclusion, the results of this research present information that can be used by the institution to propose projects or chairs of social projection that permeate the academic community of archdiocesan schools. Likewise, the information generated can be used by public and private sector entities for the application of projects related to education. In the same way, in general the students of the archdiocesan educational institutions of Cali present characteristics related to autonomy, they are capable of working as a team, generating respect and empathy, in addition to rejecting situations of discrimination before other individuals. Aplicar instrumentos psicológicos a una población, permite obtener datos que al ser procesados a través del uso de técnicas de análisis da como resultado información cuantitativa y cualitativa que determinan la forma adecuada de interactuar con dicha población. El análisis de los comportamientos basados en competencias ciudadanas puede aportar información relevante para ayudar a realizar planteamientos de propuestas orientadas a acciones y programas que sirvan de partida para orientar a las nuevas generaciones. Para lograr este propósito se diseñó un instrumento que contempla cada uno de los componentes esenciales de las competencias ciudadanas, orientado a estudiantes de grado 11 de educación media. El instrumento diseñado contempla mecanismos adecuado para medición de este tipo de actitudes como es la escala Likert, el diferencial semántico y la escala de Guttman. En cuanto a la escala Likert se cuantificación, por medio de ponderaciones, de las respuestas y el direccionamiento de las afirmaciones (positivas o negativas). El instrumento diseñado se establece con rigurosidad científica, el cual consistió en la revisión por un científico experto y la validación por medio α de Cronbach. En lo que concierne al procesamiento de la información, se utilizó la plataforma google Collaboratory, este entorno se trabaja por medio del lenguaje de programación Python. Con esto se obtuvieron los datos más importantes desde el análisis Estadístico. En la caracterización psicológica de los estudiantes se obtuvieron resultados como: Los estudiantes son democráticos y buscan siempre la igualdad de condiciones para resolver situaciones de su cotidianidad. Por lo general, rechazan eventos donde se evidencie discriminación frente algún individuo. Igualmente, poseen la capacidad para formar grupos de trabajo, pero se les dificulta el integrar nuevas opiniones expresadas por los demás. Asimismo, presentan la facilidad para establecer empatía y la resolución de problemas, son honestos y comprometidos al momento de cumplir con responsabilidades, poseen actitud positiva para captar y asumir normas. Presentan dificultad para expresar sus sentimientos verbalmente. En conclusión, Los resultados de la presente investigación presentan información que puede ser utilizada por la institución para plantear proyectos o cátedras de proyección social que permeen la comunidad académica de los colegios arquidiocesanos. Igualmente, la información generada puede ser utilizada por entes del sector público y privado para aplicación de proyectos relacionados con la educación. De la misma forma, en general los estudiantes de las instituciones educativas arquidiocesanas de Cali presentan características relacionadas con la autonomía, se muestran capaces de trabajar en equipo, de generar respeto y empatía, además de rechazar situaciones de discriminación ante otros individuos.
