Treffer: Implementation of a web-system for processing consumers' appeals.

This article describes the implementation of a web-system. This system provides the automation of processing consumers' appeals about food products quality. These appeals can contain information about discovered defect, such as contamination of foreign bodies or requests to improve product quality in a certain way. The web-system is implemented using PHP and JavaScript programming languages with React and Laravel frameworks.
