Treffer: İşletmelerde Harman Reçetesiyle Balya Dizilim Planının Python Programlama Diliyle Hazırlanarak Abrajın Önlenmesi.

The characteristics of the materials supplied by the enterprises for fabric production are important for the production of quality fabric. During production, errors such as abrage, sublime, line and burst may occur in the fabric. Abrage, one of these errors, refers to the color difference in the fabric. The main reason for abrage is that the blend recipe is not prepared appropriately due to the differences in the characteristics of local cottons; even if it is prepared, it is caused by errors in the bale arrangement plan. The blend recipe is the calculation of the bale arrangement plan for the appropriate mixing of cotton bale numbers from different regions. In enterprises, these operations are carried out by managers with time-consuming traditional methods such as Excel, note taking, and writing on paper. In this study, a software was developed with the Python programming language to prevent abrage that may occur due to the blend recipe and bale arrangement plan prepared with traditional methods. Thus, these operations will be prepared professionally with this software and will provide benefits to managers in terms of cost, time, reporting and decisionmaking. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Kumaş üretimi için işletmelerin tedarik ettiği malzemelerin özellikleri kaliteli kumaş üretilmesi için önem taşır. Üretim esnasında kumaşta abraj, uçuntu, çizgi, patlak gibi hatalar oluşabilmektir. Bu hatalardan biri olan abraj kumaştaki renk farklılığını ifade eder. Abrajın temel nedeni yöresel pamukların özelliklerindeki farklılıklara bağlı olarak harman reçetesinin uygun şekilde hazırlanmaması; hazırlansa dahi balya dizilim planındaki hatalardan kaynaklanır. Harman reçetesi farklı yörelerden gelen pamuk balya adetlerinin uygun şekilde karıştırılması için balya dizilim planının hesaplanmasıdır. İşletmelerde bu işlemler Excel, not defteri tutma, kâğıda yazma gibi zaman alan geleneksel yöntemler ile yöneticiler tarafından yapılmaktadır. Çalışmada geleneksel yöntemlerle hazırlanan harman reçetesi ve balya dizilim planı kaynaklı oluşabilecek abrajın önlenmesi için Python programlama diliyle yazılım geliştirilmiştir. Böylece bu işlemler yazılımsal olarak profesyonel olarak hazırlanacak yöneticilere maliyet, zaman, raporlama ve karar verme gibi konularda fayda sağlanacaktır. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
