BKC Garut branch has many members, so it needs a good system, Currently the system used is still manual and the information of BKC Garut branch is not optimal, from this condition a system is needed to improve management at BKC Garut branch, one of which is a website that has been adjusted to your needs, with this it will save time, data management will be structured because it is managed by the application. Research is carried out to obtain data as well as material materials or data needed. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, literature studies, field studies. Research conducted among others through reference books, scientific journals and other valid sources. The modeling used in this study is a waterfall model to increase efficiency in the BKC system Garut Branch must create a system that involves technology, namely a web-based system that focuses on solving the problems faced. This application is computerized and integrated directly with the perpetrator and can be accessed anywhere which makes users more effective. With the Garut Branch BKC application, it can increase efficiency and will be more effective in the Garut Branch BKC system. With this will save time, data management will be structured because managed by the application will also help in controlling the data.
