The rapid development of information technology in the digital era has significantly accelerated the growth of e-commerce as one of the key pillars of modern trade transformation. In Indonesia, the increasing number of internet users and the widespread use of mobile devices have encouraged people to conduct more online transactions. However, challenges remain in terms of data security, user convenience, and the effectiveness of integrated digital payment systems. The fayucom.store website is a local e-commerce platform developed to meet the needs of the community in obtaining technology products and computer accessories at affordable prices. This research aims to examine the system design, main features, and website effectiveness in supporting the digital transaction process and user convenience. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to the fayucom.store website. The results showed that this website has quite complete features, such as product management, automatic checkout system, admin dashboard, and responsive on various devices. However, there are still some aspects that need to be developed, especially in terms of security, SEO, and mobile display performance. With the right improvements, fayucom.store has great potential to develop as a competitive and sustainable local e-commerce. Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era digital telah mendorong pertumbuhan pesat e-commerce sebagai salah satu pilar penting dalam transformasi perdagangan modern. Di Indonesia, peningkatan jumlah pengguna internet dan penetrasi perangkat mobile mendorong masyarakat untuk lebih banyak melakukan transaksi secara daring. Namun, tantangan masih muncul dalam hal keamanan, kenyamanan pengguna, serta efektivitas sistem pembayaran digital yang terintegrasi. Website fayucom.store merupakan platform e-commerce lokal yang dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam memperoleh produk teknologi dan aksesoris komputer dengan harga terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji desain sistem, fitur utama, dan efektivitas website dalam mendukung proses transaksi digital serta kenyamanan pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap website fayucom.store. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website ini memiliki fitur yang cukup lengkap, seperti manajemen produk, sistem checkout otomatis, dashboard admin, serta responsif pada berbagai perangkat. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu dikembangkan, terutama dalam hal keamanan, SEO, dan performa tampilan mobile. Dengan perbaikan yang tepat, fayucom.store berpotensi besar untuk berkembang sebagai e-commerce lokal yang kompetitif dan berkelanjutan.
