Apperceiving to the environment is the basic attribute of Agent. Different environment requires Agent to adopt different perception methods. Message-publishing/subscribing system can offer reliable asynchronous communication between agents of loose coupling. In this paper, proceeding from practical angle, we, on the basis of original Agent conceptual model regard (Java Message Service) JMS publishing/subscribing system as idiographic environment that Agent apperceives, and construct a model of the perception body which is suitable for asynchronism cooperation of Agents. Because of the Agent character of event driven and the advantage of event communication mode, the model framework adopts event communication mode, takes event process as the core and includes event obtain module, event filter module and event process module. It also advances a reticulate event composition mechanism to solve the problem of the synthesis of compound events. The Paper gives the definition, mechanism of realization and evaluation of the application of this model. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
