The article discusses the use of multiplex approach for solving linear programming (LP) problem. LP problem can be solved by using many algorithms like MINOS, CPLEX, MATLAB, Mathematica and Maple. The multiplex approach suggested for solving LP problem uses procedures for forming polyhedral sets in the considered space. The set of arguments prescribed by a linear inequalities system forms the basis of finding an algorithm which solves the LP problem. For solving LP problem in MATLAB environment a new software is also suggested.
