[For part I see the authors in Fibonacci Quart. 25, No. 4, 356-360 (1987; Zbl 0635.33006).] The authors further investigate a class of Humbert's polynomials which generalize the Gegenbauer polynomials. Several recursion relations and a result on the distribution of zeros are given.
