The monograph presents an in-depth analysis of the theoretical foundations of entrepreneurship development. It elaborates on scientific-theoretical ideas of entrepreneurship, as well as the institutional environment of small business, its opportunities and limitations. The author studies concepts and models of entrepreneurship development, as well as methodological foundations of institutional changes in small business. The monograph presents methodological approaches to the analysis of institutional environment of small business, factors and directions of institutional development in this sphere, as well as characterizes inefficient rules and barriers that exist in institutional environment of small business.
