Result: ASPECTS OF IMPROVING THE LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE STATE OF WAR AND POST-WAR DEVELOPMENT

The activity of any industrial enterprise is closely related to the need to transport goods. Today, the process of cargo delivery is complicated by the slow speed of the logistics cycle, long document processing and the presence of errors in it. Existing or previously proposed theoretical approaches are not fully adapted to modern Ukrainian conditions, they do not take into account the specifics of transformational processes in the Ukrainian economy. In view of the wartime and subsequent reconstruction of the country, new proposals are needed more than ever to restore work in the field of freight transportation, taking into account the "green" requirements of the new era. This is dictated by the further European integration of Ukraine and the implementation of the state environmental policy, which will allow to adapt the national sphere of freight transportation to the European Green Deal (hereinafter - EGD). This trend requires deeper research in order to determine the competitive position and prospects for the development of each type of freight transportation. It is especially important to do this in view of the need to adapt the Ukrainian freight transportation market to the requirements of the ERC, to increase multimodal and intermodal freight transportation. Studies of the cargo transportation market from the point of view of determining the volumes of cargo transportation services provided indicate a noticeable change in market shares. This is especially observed in the case of market segmentation in terms of cargo more specific to each type of transport. In recent years, international environmental experts have placed great hopes on railway transport. The formation of the holding structure of the carrier through the formation of separate business entities, formed taking into account the characteristics of certain types of activities and the degree of competitiveness (monopoly) of the relevant market segment, can contribute to the solution of these problems. Already today, we see potential interest in this issue from many logistics operators, other investors and possible recovery donor countries.
Діяльність будь-якого промислового підприємства тісно пов'язана з необхідністю транспортування вантажів. В умовах сьогодення процес доставки вантажів ускладнюється низькою швидкістю логістичного циклу, тривалому документообігу тощо. У статті запропоновано нові рішення щодо логістичного управління транспортнимипідприємствами в умовах нестабільного економічного середовища, які спрямовані на організацію більш раціональних схем транспортування вантажу.
