The article describes the methodological aspects of the complexity evaluation of large-block cloud computing with enhanced precision. The objective of our work is solving in the cloud of the mathematical simulation problems with special requirements for precision. In particular, we consider complexity evaluation of the programs that solve problems with complex connections between sub-problems in the form of large blocks and the computation time considerably exceeding the time of information transmission between them. We propose a method for improving the complexity evaluation metrics, with the use of control flow graph of the program for designing of optimal performance computing systems that operate in the cloud. The method consists in the use of the complexity of particular operations on the basis of experimental data.
