Further Information

SPRpy: GUI analysis methods for MP-SPR measurements This program can be used to perform data analysis on multi-parameter surface plasmon resonance (MP-SPR) measurementsacquired using Bionavis SPR instruments. Specifically, fresnel modelling and exclusion height analysis of full angular scans is currently available. Apart from launching SPRpy and selecting files in the file dialog windows, SPRpy is designed to be a fully interactive graphical user interface (GUI) running inside a web browser, thus requiring no programming knowledge to operate (of course, the core functions of the code may be adapted for your own programming scripts). Fresnel calculations are based on MATLAB implementations of the transfer-matrix-method by Andreas Dahlin. The GUI elements are built using Plotly Dash. For more information, check the README file of the Github repository or PyPi page. Technical info Changelog v0.2.3 Fixes Fixed build problem with python 3.12 v0.2.2 Fixes Added support for python 3.12 (still problem with python 3.13.0 due to tkinter issue until patch 3.13.1) Added support for latest kaleido version (v0.4.1) ; If you use this software, please cite it as below.
