While these resources have enabled industrial growth, they are tied to significant drawbacks: environmental degradation, finite reserves, and geopolitical vulnerability. None of these approaches offers a universal, inexhaustible, and consciousness-integrated source of energy capable of sustaining humanity’s long-term civilisational trajectory. The ψ–Hamzah Plan proposes a radical redefinition of energy science, shifting the foundation from matter-based fuels to vacuum consciousness coupling. Unlike conventional physics, which treats the vacuum as empty or as random quantum fluctuations, the ψ–Hamzah model conceptualises it as a fractal, multilayered consciousness field (ψ), inherently oscillatory and extractable when coupled with physical quantum fluctuations (φ). This coupling allows the transformation of informational oscillations into usable electrical energy, creating a new category of sustainable energy called ψ–Energy.
