In the dynamic landscape of the industrial sector, a new array of challenges has emerged, primarily stemming from constraints in resources and time. Within the current market scenario, clients display a formidable demand for customized products, often within tight time frames. In the intricate design phase of a production system, a critical juncture is the commissioning phase, where performance is meticulously scrutinized and verified. At the heart of this technological advancement is the software-based emulation of a virtual model of the actual system, aptly termed the Digital Twin (DT).The endeavor of Virtual Commissioning (VC) unfolds as the simulation and modeling of an entire plant before its physical realization. During my enriching tenure as an intern at the esteemed "Applied" company, I had the privilege of immersing myself in the conceptual realm of Virtual Commissioning. Subsequently, I ventured into the uncharted territory of replicating basic functionalities offered by traditional VC software tools within Unreal Engine.
