Archive data processing at Majalengka Post Office is done manually so it takes along time and much energy so that the search of previous archives is difficult to find. With these problems, this research discusses the design of the agenda archiving system of mail at Majalengka Post Office. The purpose of this research is to generate the application of the system of archiving agenda mailing at Majalengka Post Office so that it can give description to Majalengka Post Office in the process of data processing using computer archive. The research method used is Observation, Interview, and Literature Study. And it is expected that this research will produce a design of the agenda archiving system of mail at Majalengka Post Office which will give an overview in making further computerization system.
