U ovom radu opisan je razvoj programske podrške za praćenje zahtjeva i pogrešaka u DevOps okruženju. Na početku su odabrana slična programska rješenja i rezultatima njihove analize, opisane su funkcionalnosti koje pružaju. Prethodnim rezultatima analize sličnih programskih rješenja i njihovih funkcionalnosti, specificirali su se zahtjevi koje programska podrška razvijena u sklopu ovog rada mora ispuniti. Nakon toga opisana je arhitektura i model podataka razvijenog sustava. U poglavlju nakon toga opisana je i prikazana pomoću slika sva funkcionalnost razvijene programske podrške. Sljedeće su navedene i opisane sve korištene tehnologe i alati koji su bili korištenu u razvoju programske podrške. Na samom kraju dan je zaključak o rezultatima izrade rada. ; This paper describes the development of software for tracking requests and bugs in the DevOps environment. At the beginning, similar software solutions were selected and the results of their analysis described the functionalities they provide. Previous results of the analysis of similar software solutions and their functionalities have specified the requirements that software developed within this paper must meet. After that, the architecture and data model of the developed system are described. In the chapter after that, all the functionality of the developed software is described and shown with the help of pictures. The following lists and describes all the technologies and tools that were used in the development of the software. At the very end, a conclusion was given about the results of the work.
