Nowadays there are many UMKM that are much sought after by students, one of them is chicken processed food. Warung Ayam Penyet Mas Putra 21 is an UMKM that provides processed chicken food, such as ayam geprek and ayam bakar. However, uncertain market demand constitutes an obstacle for Warung Ayam Penyet Mas Putra 21 to produce processed chicken food. Therefore, appropriate methods are needed to maximize profits by paying attention to the availability of raw materials. One way to overcome the problem is to optimize production using fuzzy linear programming with a tolerance of 10% as the capability of the Warung Ayam Penyet Mas Putra 21. The use of the fuzzy linear programming method cangenerate greater profits compared to conventional linear programming. This profit is obtained from Rp 804.540 daily by producing 110 servings of ayam geprek and 110 servings of ayam bakar.
