U ovome radu analiziramo moguće načine smanjenja potrošnje goriva i povećanja učinkovitosti kružnog procesa simulacijom njegovog rada računalnim modelom. Računalni model je napravljen u programu Spyder pomoću programskog jezika Python i njegovih dodatnih paketa. Proračun se temelji na energetskome postrojenju Termoelektrane Rijeka te su energetske bilance izvedene sukladno s njom. Postrojenje termoelektrane je prikazano toplinskom shemom koja je napravljena u AutoCAD-u. Radimo grafičke prikaze kojima opisujemo utjecaj pojedinih ulaznih parametara postrojenja na ukupnu učinkovitost i potrošnju goriva te ih međusobno uspoređujemo. ; This work's purpose is to analyse the potential ways of reducing fuel usage and increasing the efficiency of the steam cycle by simulating the process through a computer model. The computer model is constructed in the program Spyder with the programming language Python and its supplementary packages. The calculation is based on Rijeka's thermal power plant, hence the energy balance is effectuated according to it. Moreover, the thermal power plant's apparatus is depicted in a heat/thermal blueprint, made with the AutoCAD software. To summarize, this work's graphic representations are used to describe and compare the effects of the aforementioned apparatus' starting parameters on fuel efficiency and usage as a whole.
