Temporal Bragg solitons in the form of three-wave acousto-optical weakly coupled states are studied theoretically and experimentally for the digital amplitude modulation of light. Multi-bit weakly coupled states based conversion of the 1B/1B binary encoded input electronic signals into optical pulse trains in 1B/NB codes is experimentally demonstrated. Then this effect is used for controlling binary encoded optical pulse trains through performing the AND logic operation over multi-bit binary words.
