Negotiation is one of the most common ways of handling and solving conflicts over values, present in many aspects of our daily lives. Although, negotiating is a whole process that involves from social relationships to risks and models. It requests good preparation and skills to obtain the best results. The improvement of such skills by ways of the school of hard knocks may result in disastrous negotiations that could destroy relations ― and thus ending any possibilities of future agreements. Hence, negotiation simulation games can be used as a didactic alternative to deliver students negotiation concepts, besides making e-learning and the picturing of different negotiation scenarios possible, transporting the player into a role-playing reality in which he or she will see a problem over different perspectives. The objective of this paper is to detail a web tool for creating such negotiation simulation.
