The drawing up and maintenance of all documents for quality assurance systems in accordance with DIN-ISO 9000 sqq is a great deal of work for any business. To keep expenditure on administration and the keeping of records as low as possible it is a good idea to set up computer-supported documentation. Traditional text processing systems usually include all the functions for drawing up documents, but are sometimes unable to deal fully with the administration, maintenance and proper distribution of these documents. A software product has now been produced to fill this gap. It gives a precise form to administration, thus leading to a well-structured organization of handbook document.
