In this paper, we present qualitative analysis of some basic notions of stochastic vector optimization problem with random parameters in the right hand side of the constraints. These notions are the set of feasible parameters and the stability set of the first kind. We present also the determination of the stability set of the first kind when the right hand side of the constraints are normally distributed. An illustrative example be given to clarify the developing theory in this paper.
