L'utilité et la structure d'un plan «qualité», construit sur la base de la norme ISO 9004-6, pour les chantiers de construction, qui doit rester un outil dynamique (qui évolue avec le chantier) faisant référence aux documents existants (cahier des charges, plans, prescriptions, procédures existantes,...), un outil souple qui s'adapte chantier par chantier, en fonction des risques de non-conformité à gérer.
