This project aims to develop user-friendly web tools for the enhancement of marine biodiversity data generated by the National Observation Services (NOS) PHYTOBS and BenthOBS. The objective is to meet the data producers' needs by providing granularextractions, advanced graphical representations, and data interoperability. These tools will enable a better understanding of the state of marine biodiversity, identification of trends and changes in phytoplankton populations and benthic communities and contribute to marine conservation efforts. The project is divided into two parts: the establishment of an API for data extraction and transformation, and the development of an ergonomic web user interface for data visualization and download. By adhering to the FAIR principles, this project aims to make the data easily findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable for data producers and users, thereby contributing to their enhancement.
Ce projet vise à développer des outils web conviviaux pour la valorisation des données de biodiversité marine produites par les Services Nationaux d'Observation (SNO) PHYTOBS et BenthOBS. L'objectif est de répondre aux besoins des producteurs de données en offrant des extractions granulaires, des représentations graphiques avancées et une interopérabilité des données. Ces outils permettront de mieux comprendre l'état de la biodiversité marine, d'identifier les tendances et les changements dans les populations de phytoplancton et les communautés benthiques, et de contribuer à la conservation marine. Le projet se divise en deux parties : la mise en place d'une API pour l'extraction et la transformation des données, et le développement d'une interface utilisateur web ergonomique pour la visualisation et le téléchargement des données. En respectant les principes FAIR, ce projet vise à rendre les données facilement trouvables, accessibles, interopérables et réutilisables pour les producteurs et les utilisateurs de données et contribuant ainsi à leur valorisation.
