This systematic review paper examined the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems administration, a critic al function in modern organizations. As ICT infrastructures grow in complexity, traditional administrative methods are increasingly insufficient. AI offers innovative solutions to address this challenge by enabling automation, predictive maintenance, enhanced security, and data-driven decision-making. The study presented a systematic review of 83 scholarly sources, including white papers, books, conference proceedings, and case studies from leading global companies. It explored the integration of advanced AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation into the administration of networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity systems. The research highlighted how these technologies could streamline routine operations, anticipate system failures, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall system reliability. Furthermore, the paper discusses the practical applications, benefits, challenges, and future prospects of AI in ICT systems administration, offering a comprehensive overview of its potential to revolutionize the field.
