Kyushu University has been making various efforts to promote the Open Access Policy since its adoption in 2016. In particular, the Kyushu University Institutional Repository (QIR) has been developed using the integrated library system "E-CatsLibrary", leveraging its features to enhance the functionalities for open access promotion, such as metadata distribution and linkage with the university internal systems. To further accelerate open access, the university is also implementing institutional and system-level improvements, including the introduction of a "Repository Registration Incentive" to encourage open access in practice and the development of a "Repository Registration Support Feature" to streamline the repository registration process. 著者抄録 九州大学では，2016年のオープンアクセス方針策定以降，その推進において様々な取り組みを行ってきた。特に，九州大学学術情報リポジトリ（QIR）は，図書館業務システム「E-CatsLibrary」を用いて構築しており，その特長を生かしメタデータの流通や学内システムとの連携などオープンアクセス推進のための機能面の充実を図ってきた。また，オープンアクセスを実質化するための「リポジトリ登録インセンティブ」の導入や，リポジトリ登録を効率化するための「リポジトリ登録支援システム」の開発など，オープンアクセスを加速するため制度面やシステム面の整備も進めている。本稿では，リポジトリに焦点をあてつつ，本学のオープンアクセス推進の取り組みを紹介する。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
