The article focuses on the study of the restoration of the Ratan Tata Library (RTL) lost glory at the Delhi School of Economics in New Delhi, India. The RTL is established 60 years ago and recognized as one best library in the country due to its abundant collection on social sciences. The University officials have planned to regain its glory in the academic community. Comprehensive efforts have established to make it as the best library of the country by contouring its library activities, collection development and computerization. They change the attitudes of library staff by motivating them and also giving the chance to promote and learn in the newly improved working environment. They also put some corrective measures for the improvement of the services.
