The transformation in question is a statement that two \(n\)-dimensional series are equal. In either series, the general term involves a basic hypergeometric function of \(n\) variables. The theorem, which is far too long to reproduce here, is obtained from the author's multi-dimensional generalization of Bailey's transform (1949).
