World Quantum Theory: A Unified Framework for Quantum and Classical Physics Based on Frequency The propagation speed of photons in a vacuum is commonly assumed to be a constant c, which serves as the foundation for numerous classical and quantum physical theories. However, its applicability under complex energy fields, such as gravitational or electromagnetic fields, remains an area of ongoing debate. This paper introduces the "World Quantum" theory, proposing that photons are composed of fundamental energy units called "World Quanta." The theory suggests that the frequency of the World Quantum's "Internal-Rotation" (inherent at the speed of light c) provides a baseline for energy, while "Macro-Rotation" (the path influenced by external fields) governs the photon’s trajectory and momentum. The theory introduces the concept of the "World Factor" (Φw), a new parameter that quantifies the effects of external energy fields on photon path bending, allowing for a revised photon energy formula. Notably, the theory includes a negative feedback mechanism that prevents infinite energy growth as a particle’s speed approaches c, addressing the paradox in relativity, which asserts that infinite energy is required for an object to reach light speed. This unified framework offers new insights into photon behavior, energy, momentum, and mass in complex environments, resolving inconsistencies observed under extreme conditions, such as in strong gravitational fields. While experimental validation remains a goal, potential experimental schemes are proposed to test the theory’s core predictions, providing a pathway for future advancements in understanding the relationship between quantum and classical physics.
